Oops!

I had started a calendar to show off the shopping events I know of and attend in SL, but didn't realize I had not made it public so you could all see it as well.  That is fixed now.

If there are any shopping events that you know of that I have missed, please respond to this post so I can add them.  Thanks!

Gacha Yardsale Reopened

Despite the inventory loss, I have moved the gacha yardsale to its new location and it is now open for shopping.  I am still working with LL to recover the lost items, but I didn't want to keep this from you any longer.  Please feel free to drop by the new location, shop, hang out, or get comfortable in the lounge.

Gacha Yardsale News

Sorry for the late notice, but the gacha yardsale is currently closed and being moved. The new location will be separate from the ::A Master's Eye:: main store, but within the same sim.  The new location will be on it's own parcel, with it's own building, and everything is being broken down into better categories for ease of shopping.

It will reopen as soon as a lost inventory situation is handled by LL.  A significant amount of inventory was lost between Saturday and Sunday night, and I have been trying to get LL to assist with the recovery since it was discovered.  I want to be able to continue to offer everything I have promised everyone, so I thank everyone for their patience during this endeavor.

A new LM will be posted on the yardsale page when it is reopened and ready for shopping with more items available!

#SLBareFaceChallenge

So I thought I would finally join in on this craze.  The challenge is to post an undoctored (i.e. don't filter in Photoshop) picture of your avatar with no make-up or eyelashes.  All that was done to this photo was cropping, resizing it and adding the text; there were no filters or color enhancements made, no blurring, no shadows, nada.

Hopefully I stuck within what were the original guidelines. I have seen way too many people posting "selfies" where they still have lashes, make-up, etc.

Inspiration

I enjoy the hunt.  Slinking silently through the trees, following tracks, picking up scents, listening for the subtle rustle of movement in the underbrush.

P.S. Trying to save blog images as JPGs now, instead of PNGs.  Please let me know if you see any quality issues.  I try to limit the width of blog versions to 2000 pixels, but I upload the full size PNG to my full Flickr and Deviantart accounts.
