So, ahead of the LL gacha ban, I am still clearing out all of my gacha saves from the past few years. Sets I have saved for myself, but haven't moved from a storage folder, are all going into the random gacha vendor at the yardsale. I am still keeping it set at $L10 a try. My hope is that some folks will find enjoyment wearing or displaying the items I have spent so much time and L$ collecting, even though I know the one person that keeps clearing out my stock is likely just reselling it for their own gain.
I think this is a portion of the start of me finally pulling away from SL. I have a grandfathered 30k sim I am going to be selling, which partially breaks my heart. If we could find good tenants I would love to keep it, but I think it was too late for that a long time ago. Right now it is trying to figure out what a fair price is and hoping I can find someone before tier is due again on 5Sep.
I already bought and created a small parcel for us on mainland for an in world location for our stores, but I think it may need to go to. I'm honestly not sure anyone cares if our products persist or not. It's one of those times where I wish we heard something from our customers. The only time we hear anything is when people don't pay attention, don't read all of the material I have taken so much time to put out there, or are simply struggling with skills or items that are really out of our control. I'm not completely bitter, but as I am sure many other merchants have experienced, you just wish you could hear more nice comments than anger/confusion/frustration.
